Join us for our monthly introductory session of the Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention program!

This is a great opportunity for those who are new or interested in learning more about tai chi.  It is also a great time for those with previous tai chi experiences to come and practice with a group.

Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention helps to build strength and balance, reduce stress, and increase general health and wellbeing.  Feel free to join once or as many times as you wish!
