Join us for a special Shabbat dinner with the JFCS NextGen Community as we welcome Emily Winston, founder and CEO of Boichik Bagels — the Bay Area’s beloved bagel company inspired by the iconic New York bagels of her youth.
A proud Jew and self-taught baker, Emily turned her personal longing for the tastes of Jewish tradition into a thriving business that’s captured national attention. From engineer to entrepreneur, she’ll share how her Jewish identity, love of food, and bold vision helped her create a brand that resonates far beyond the Bay.
