Learn to take better care of yourself while providing care for someone else. This course teaches proven stress- reducing techniques for those caring for someone with a chronic illness or dementia. This free workshop consists for 90-minute sessions that are held once per week for nine weeks.  Participants must start on week one.

This is an evidence-based course that will help you decrease your stress levels and help you better manage caring for yourself while caring for others.

The Stress-Busting class teaches you:
  • The impact of stress on your health and how it relates to caregiving
  • How to deal with stress through relaxation techniques and problem solving
  • How to care for yourself while providing better care for your loved one
You will be given everything you need including a session handbook and online access to meditation exercises and relaxation strategies videos.
