Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs) serve as a one-stop shop in your community for you to find assistance in accessing services and resources available to seniors in San Francisco. Join us to discover some of the services and resources available to SF seniors, and types of information your local ADRC can help you with such as:

  • Health and wellness
  • Housing and shelter
  • In home care
  • Legal assistance
  • Lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) programs and services
  • Medical and dental care
  • Mental health and counseling services

The ADRCs can not only provide you with information to help you remain living independently in your community, they can also help you be more aware of your rights. Don't miss this chance to find out about a free resource available to seniors at 13 locations in neighborhoods around San Francisco.

Presenter: Rebecka Apolinario (aka Becky) is the Outreach Supervisor for the Institute on Aging and helps promote the ADRC in the city of San Francisco. Becky was born and raised in the Excelsior District of San Francisco and prior to working for the Institute on Aging, she was an elementary school teacher. Her background is in Public Health and Behavioral health, and she is passionate about community and loves sharing the resources the city has to offer with everyone.
