Where?
Online

Description
The Department of Disability and Aging Services is currently conducting the Dignity Fund Community Needs Assessment.

The Department is holding community forums to hear from you about the needs of older adults and adults with disabilities living in San Francisco. It is a chance for you to help your City and County plan how to allocate funding resources. They want to hear from you about the strengths, challenges and gaps of current services to inform future services and allocations.  There is a virtual event and there is an online survey. Details below.

This virtual event will be in English with language translation in Cantonese and Russian. People can register with NEXT Village and we will share log in information once it is given to us.

The link to our DFCNA Community Survey is now live, and will be open through Friday, December 17. Access the survey via this link:
You can complete the survey in English, as well as Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Samoan, Spanish, Tagalog, and Vietnamese. Note: Samoan surveys will be available shortly. All other languages are currently available.

For paper copies, please e-mail Melissa McGee at melissa.mcgee@sfgov.org with the number of surveys needed and in which languages.

Sorry! The event you're trying to register for has already happened. Please return to the event calendar to see what upcoming events we have or contact NEXT Village at (415) 574-0156 if you'd like to learn about similar upcoming events.
