When?
Tuesday, Apr 30 2:00PM - 3:00PM PDT

Where?
In-person

Description
Join other German speakers for casual conversation at a local cafe to speak and practice German. This group is a great way to refresh and use your German.

This week's icebreaker topic:  What is an historical moment that had an impact on you or made an impression on you?

This group meets weekly 2-3PM on Tuesdays (except holidays) in the Russian Hill area. Cafe address on Polk St between Union & Filbert will be sent by email to registrants.

We ask that everyone who attends purchase a coffee/tea, or other drink or bite to support the cafe while we use the table. They have coffee, pastries, cookies, and sweet breads available under $5, plus lots of other tasty bites and drinks if you want something more substantial or to snack on later.

Note: this is a conversation group, not a class. Basic conversational abilities are requested as the group endeavors to speak in German throughout (although if someone needs help with words or phrases, Anke and the group are more than willing to help). NEXT Village membership is not required to join this group. Invite friends who'd like to join in the conversation auf Deutsch!

Registration Notes:
When registering, if you select "This and all following events in this series" you will be registered for this weekly group on Tuesdays until the end of this month. You will receive a confirmation email with the address & directions after registering. If you don't see an email, look in your Bulk/Spam email folder for an email from NEXT Village. You will also receive a reminder email the day before each weekly meeting with the address. If you can't make a week, simply click the "Cancel my registration" button at the bottom of a reminder email.
