Unleash your imagination and laugh out loud in these joyful, free improv classes. No experience needed—just curiosity, playfulness, and a willingness to try something new! Not sure if you want to participate? You're welcome to enjoy the fun as part of our audience.

2026 CLASS LOCATIONS & DATES:
Louise typically offers three Improv classes a month. You are welcome to join for one class or as many as you want. All are free. No membership required. Classes are aimed at older adults, but all are welcome. Classes will be posted for registration 1 month prior to class date at nextvillagesf.org/upcoming-events. Zoom link or address/directions will be emailed to registrants.

4/20, 5/18, 6/15, 7/20, 8/17, 9/21, 10/19, 11/16, 12/21 (typically 3rd Monday of month) - In Person Aquatic Park Improv Class Dates, 1- 2:30PM:
4/15, 5/20, 6/17, 7/15, 8/19, 9/16, 10/21, 11/18, 12/16 (typically 3rd Wednesday of month) - In Person Cow Hollow Improv Class Dates at GGV Library, 3-4:30PM:

Classes are led by Aquatic Park & NEXT Village member Louise Vogel, who studied improv for several years with veteran Bay Area teachers Sue Walden and Joya Cory. Louise was also Manager and Assistant Director of the celebrated Aquatic Park Players for five years.
