Monday Movie Matinee: Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Society

Join NEXT Village for a screening of the movie “Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Society.” This heartwarming film takes place in 1964 and follows Juliet, a writer in London, as she connected with a book club on the island of Guernsey, which was German-occupied during WWII. She builds a bond with this community and visits the island. In her time there, she starts to understand what it was like during the occupation and builds relationships with the community members.
