Join us for a FREE field trip with Aquatic Park Senior Center and NEXT Village to learn more about the fascinating science of sight, eye health and the latest innovations saving sight today on a private tour at the American Academy of Ophthalmology's Truhlsen-Marmor Museum of the Eye, a free, public museum dedicated to the fascinating science of sight.
Look through the pupil of an enormous eye, explore interactive displays and try on a virtual reality headset to see how new technology can impact medicine. Through high-tech exhibits and a renowned collection of ophthalmic artifacts, you’ll discover surprising facts about how your vision works and the field of medicine devoted to protecting it.
The current special exhibition on display is West Meets East: Eye Medicine in the Asia - Pacific. This special exhibit features the interface between Eastern and Western medicine amongst civilizations along the Silk Road.

- Advance registration required for this limited capacity event (20 people total). NEXT Village and Aquatic Park Senior Center members have priority for spots until 4/14.
