Members, Do you have a tech question you’ve been meaning to ask? NEXT now offers a friendly, low-pressure space to get support with small tech challenges.
Get help with everyday tech issues, such as:
- help downloading an app or updating your phone
- questions about your email account
- turning on and off automatic payments
- help with 2 factor authorization
- sending a photo by text or email
- software updates
- WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram
- How to watch Netflix, YouTube, etc.
- Filling out online forms, and more!
