Tai Chi and Qigong (In Person at SFV Office) - Stand or Sit
Tai Chi and Qigong are exercises designed for health of mind and body. Practice the first twelve basic movements of the Sun Style form. No experience necessary and you are welcome to join at any time as the moves are broken down and repeated. The emphasis is on improving balance, increasing flexibility and building strength. Led by Caroline Lew, a Certified Instructor through the Tai Chi for Health Institute.
