ABOUT IMPROV:   Have fun with others and make stuff up based on your background and imagination. Improvisational Theatre is made up of games, exercises and techniques.  Doing Improv is a very positive, non-judgmental experience and you will laugh and have lots of fun too! You'll be surprised at what you can do. These monthly sessions are open to everyone, no prior experience necessary. Join us to flex your creative muscles.  Not sure if you want to participate? You're welcome to enjoy the fun as part of our audience.

Register on this page for this month's IN PERSON Improv class (usually held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month) in Aquatic Park area.  Address & directions will be emailed to registrants.

Louise offers 2-3 Improv classes each month at two in person locations and on Zoom. All are free and open to all SF seniors. Join us for one class or as many as you want! See below for other Improv classes and dates.

Instructor:  Louise Vogel was the Company Manager/Assistant Director and member of the Aquatic Park Players at the SF Aquatic Park Sr. Center for 5 years. Louise graduated with a BA in Speech and Theatre and has had experience in Children's Theatre, Mime, Acting and Improvization. She studied Improvization with Sue Walden and Joya Cory in SF. She has taught Improv Theatre at the Aquatic Park Sr. Center offers free monthly Improv classes on Zoom and in-person.
