Join us for our monthly Zoom Improv class. New members welcome!!! No prior experience is necessary.
If you've been wanting to try Improv, this is a great opportunity for you to exercise your creative muscles. Instructor Louise Vogel and her group create a very positive, non-judgmental atmosphere. Give Improvization Theatre a try. You might be surprised at what you can do and how much fun you can have.
Not sure if you want to participate? You're welcome to enjoy the fun as part of our Zoom audience.
Louise offers 2-3 Improv classes each month. Register on this page for her monthly ZOOM Improv class (usually held on the 3rd Monday of the month, but this month it's on 2nd Monday due to MLK holiday). See below for other Improv classes and dates. You can register from the NEXT Village event calendar at nextvillagesf.org/upcoming-events for any or all of our free Improv classes.

In Person Improv at Aquatic Park, 1- 2:30PM:
1/15, 2/19, 3/19, 4/16, 5/21, 6/18, 7/16, 8/20, 9/17, 10/15, 11/19, 12/17 (typically 3rd Wednesday of month) -
In Person Improv at GGV Library (Cow Hollow) 3-4:30PM:

Instructor: Louise Vogel was the Company Manager/Assistant Director and member of the Aquatic Park Players at the SF Aquatic Park Sr. Center for 5 years. Louise graduated with a BA in Speech and Theatre and has had experience in Children's Theatre, Mime, Acting and Improvization. She studied Improvization with Sue Walden and Joya Cory in SF. She has taught Improv Theatre at the Aquatic Park Sr. Center offers free monthly Improv classes on Zoom and in-person.
